Mr. Shahaff Goder joined the Real Estate Department of the firm in 1999 as an articled clerk, and as an associate in 2000. After several years Mr. Goder has left the firm in order to join an entrepreneur company, which specializes in real estate projects encompassing economic, executive and legal aspects. Mr. Goder has later re-joined the firm in 2009.
Throughout his many years in practice, Mr. Goder has acquired extensive experience in several types of real estate transactions, inter alia, projects for residence, commerce and offices as of the purchasing phase of the land, throughout all the project’s phases, including financial accompanying of the project, tax issues, interactions with the local authorities, planning and construction committees, Land Administration, development transaction, sale transaction, lease transaction, management of residents records, apartment buildings, rights’ registration, registration of parcellations and condominiums etc.
In addition, Mr. Goder specializes in combination transactions, construction, commercial real estate, real estate unions, parcellations, expropriations, purchase group projects etc. Mr Goder graduated from the Managment College in 1999 (LL.B), holds a Master degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance (MBA), and a master dgree (EMS) from New York City University (CUNY).
Mr. Goder was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2000.
