Mrs. Montakyo joined the firm in 2001, and is currently an associate in the Litigation Department and the Real Estate and Tax Department.
Mrs. Montakyo specializes in litigation and real-estate transactions, with special emphasis on sale transactions, lease transactions, combination transactions and construction transactions. In the field of litigation, Mrs. Montakyo attends to civil and commercial cases relating, inter alia, to real estate, copyright, inheritance, and tender disputes.
Mrs. Montakyo graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Law School in 1999 (LL.B.) and from Tel Aviv University in 2004 (LL.M). Mrs. Montakyo was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2000.
